Dentsply Sirona will showcase its SureSmile Digital Orthodontic Solution at the upcoming American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) Annual Session, taking place April 25 to 27 in Philadelphia. The company will host a variety of educational and interactive opportunities throughout the conference, including a pre-conference workshop, daily in-booth demonstrations, and presentations on orthodontic digital workflows.
Pre-conference workshop to focus on scaling with digital tools
On April 24, ahead of the official conference opening, SureSmile will host a pre-conference workshop titled “The SureSmile Orthodontic Platform Difference.” The event will feature a series of expert presentations focused on scaling orthodontic practices digitally. Speakers will explore topics including aligner and wire integration and real-world implementation of SureSmile’s tools in clinical workflows.
Live training and demonstrations at Booth #1501
At Booth #1501 during the main conference, attendees will have access to live training sessions held daily at 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Topics will include full-service aligners, indirect bonding, diagnostics, doctor-designed planning, and patient communication strategies. The booth will also feature presentations from orthodontic professionals who participated in the pre-conference workshop.

New tools and technology on display
A key highlight of the booth will be the updated Primescan 2 intraoral scanner, now equipped with a faster SureSmile Simulator. This tool automatically initiates tooth segmentation and smile simulation immediately after scanning, reducing calculation times by up to 90%. This is intended to streamline the patient consultation process and enhance practice efficiency.
